Meet Sister! She joined Whispering Rise in May 2021 with her buddy Pinkie, who unfortunately has since passed. They were around 8 years old and surrendered to another sanctuary because their family was moving.

They were likely siblings based on their similar body shapes, upturned snouts and identically furrowed brows. 

Sister is shy by nature, but slowly warmed up to a belly rub here and there. Sister took some time to learn her place in the herd, coming in with the idea that she might be in charge. After some convincing from her herd mates that she was not the boss, she settled down and is now a happy member of a calm and stable pig family.
