Annabelle came to Whispering Rise around May 2021 when she was around 8 years old. Annabelle was a purchased as a pet when she was a piglet and like so many single pig pets, as she matured she began to get aggressive with her humans. Not sure how to handle her, she was secluded from the family and her anxiety and aggression increased. Another family took her and tried to give her the home she deserved but unfortunately she was set in her aggressive ways and was jut too much for them to handle and reluctantly she was surrendered to us.
We are hoping that being with other potbelly pigs in a herd will help to correct her behavior but regardless, she will have a full and happy life here at Whispering Rise.
